In this example I have&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">IP address: 192.168.1.2IPV4 subnet: 255.255.255.0Gateway: 192.168.2.1Preferred DDNS: 4.2.2.2 Alternate DDNS: &lt; empty &gt;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Hikvision DVR IP address\" data-id=\"17512\" width=\"546\" data-init-width=\"789\" height=\"311\" data-init-height=\"450\" title=\"Hikvision DVR IP address\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/learncctv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Hikvision-DVR-IP-address.jpg\" data-width=\"546\" data-height=\"311\" style=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <strong>gateway <\/strong>IP should be <strong>192.168.1.1<\/strong>, so it&#8217;s necessary to fix it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It&#8217;s also recommended to use more than on DDNS, so in this case, I just need to enter the information for the Alternate DNS that is currently empty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I can use the Alternate DDNS 8.8.8.8 which is a Google server available on the Internet.
