Easy, right ? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">The next step is set up the recording method.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">Set up the Amcrest camera recording&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">OK, now it&#8217;s time to set up the recording method.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">Click on&nbsp;<strong>Recording and events<\/strong> &gt;&gt; <strong>Recording Method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Amcrest camera on ACS Recording Method\" data-id=\"27825\" width=\"719\" data-init-width=\"1920\" height=\"223\" data-init-height=\"594\" title=\"Amcrest camera on ACS Recording Method\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/learncctv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Wisenet-camera-on-ACS-Recording-Method.png\" data-width=\"719\" data-height=\"223\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">As you can see in the picture, the only option available is &#8220;<em><strong>Continuous Recording<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">The &#8220;<em><strong>Motion Detection<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; option is not available for this camera.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t worry, you can use another method to have your camera recording.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; cursor: text;\">Set up the event recording for Amcrest Cameras<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can use the Device Event trigger for the Amcrest motion detection recording set up. Let&#8217;s look at how to do that.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Open&nbsp;<strong>Recording and Events<\/strong> &gt;&gt; <strong>Action Rules<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Click &#8220;<strong><em>New<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; and then &#8220;<em><strong>Add<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Select &#8220;<em><strong>Device Event<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; and click &#8220;<em><strong>OK<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Select the <strong>Device <\/strong>(camera) and <strong>Event <\/strong>(Motion Detection);<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Click &#8220;<strong>OK<\/strong>&#8221; and then click on &#8220;<em><strong>Next<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Click &#8220;<strong>Add<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Record<\/strong>&#8221; to an action.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: text;\">Click &#8220;<strong>OK<\/strong>&#8221;
